Licensed Clinician (LCPC, LCSW) or Psychologist — Private Practice (W-2)
A W-2 clinical role built around one promise: focus 100% on clinical care without administrative headaches. We handle all scheduling, intake coordination, insurance credentialing, and billing. Competitive, above-average compensation, a generous sign-on caseload bonus for bringing an existing caseload, flexible scheduling with manageable caseloads, and a fully furnished private office in Naperville, with remote, in-person, or hybrid work.
Requirements
- An active, unrestricted Illinois license as a Licensed Psychologist (Psy.D./Ph.D.), LCPC, or LCSW
- Experience providing high-quality individual therapy; experience with couples, families, or adolescents is a major plus
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative, supportive presence within the team
- A strong commitment to ethical, evidence-based, client-centered care
We are unable to accept associate-level licenses like LPC or LSW at this time.
Supported, Respected, and Empowered
We believe great client care starts with clinicians who are supported, respected, and empowered. That shows up in two ways. First, culture: we actively protect our team from burnout, keep the environment warm, collaborative, and low-stress, and treat your professional autonomy as something to defend, not manage. Second, structure: we handle all scheduling, intake coordination, insurance credentialing, and billing, so you can focus 100% on clinical care.
“You just show up, do great clinical work, and go home.”
Seven Reasons Clinicians Stay
This role is built around one idea: clinicians do their best work when the practice carries everything that isn’t clinical.

The stability, security, and legal protections of true employment. No 1099 tax surprises.
Competitive, Above-Average Compensation
Highly competitive rates that respect your expertise.

A generous transition bonus for bringing an existing caseload with you.
True Work-Life Balance
Flexible scheduling, manageable caseloads, and zero pressure to take on more.
Hybrid Work Option
Work remote, in person, or a combination that fits your life.
Dedicated Private Office
A fully furnished, professional, quiet office of your own in Naperville.
Full Administrative Support
Billing, credentialing, intake scheduling, and marketing, fully covered.
What We Handle vs. What You Own
The division of labor here is deliberately simple. Everything operational sits with the practice. Everything clinical sits with you.
We handle
- Scheduling
- Intake coordination
- Insurance credentialing
- Billing
- Marketing
You own
- The therapy itself
- Clinical judgment and treatment planning
- The relationships you build with your clients
That’s the whole list. It stays that short on purpose.
