We’re in-network with BCBS, Aetna, UHC, and Medicare. For other carriers, we bill out-of-network benefits on your behalf, so you don’t submit superbills yourself.
How long until I hear back?
immediately during open hours (Mon–Thu 9 AM–7 PM, Fri 9 AM–5 PM). After-hours submissions get a next-morning response.
Can I do telehealth instead of in-person?
Yes. 60-minute sessions via secure video for Illinois residents. PSYPACT cross-state telehealth is available to established patients across 40+ participating states.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Call (630) 474-1006 with 24 hours notice and there’s no fee. Same-day changes are handled case-by-case.
